I am procrastinating from my uni work, so here's an update ;D

The Warner Legacy: Update 2.15

So it turns out that Normie is the Warner's genius couch potato. To celebrate his status, he parks his butt in front of the computer and plays computer chess.



Naomi: Mr Green Doll, prepare to meet your match!



Naomi: OM NOM NOM



When Edith isn't around/doesn't get there in time, Phoenix has taken to sleeping in the tomb. This is one thing I don't understand the appeal of, I could never imagine sleeping standing up



The boys head off for an exciting day at school, and then work/home/a friend's house.

Yes, Dorian is really wearing his formal wear.



Normie: Can we help you, officer?
Officer: I've been receiving reports that there is a topless female on the loose.
Girl (whose name is Jodi): I have no idea who has been spreading that rumour, officer.
Normie: Yeah! I mean, if I squint my right eye, I can't see Jodi, and have no idea what you're going on about!

Kate's game = fail.

Turns out I had a piece of faulty CC. One reboot (and clean up) of my game later...



Officer: *shrug* Why did I come here? I'd heard there was a girl who had no top half. However, I can see nothing wrong here.
Normie: Thank you, officer.
Jodi: If we see anything, officer, we will let you know. *snigger snigger*



Phoenix and Dorian have taken to doing their homework together. But bless him, poor Phoenix seems to frequently struggle. He's just not blessed with intelligence like Normie...

From where I've taken this picture, it looks like Dorian is eating his pencil



Jodi turns up at the house (ooooh Normie has a girlfrieeeeenddd~*~*~!!) and Normie proceeds to entertain her in true Sim fashion by pulling funny faces at her.



Jodi: I am Jodi. I know forty-two types of kung-fu and could probably pwn you in just under thirty seconds. Please, if you'd like to challenge me, send your request on a postcard.
Spock the Goldfish: *has already forgotten what she said*



LOL, Dorian, why a bench of all things??!



Edith: I heard a rumour that you once had no top-half, Jodi. Your head floated while your bottom half followed after a large gap.
Jodi: Yes, I heard that too.
Edith: Is it true? If so, I cannot allow you to date my son.
Jodi: I assure you Mrs Warner, it is all lies.
Me: Yeah, right, whatever.

Will Edith learn to love the bomb Jodi? Will she get over her inhibitions about Jodi? Will Jodi's top-half disappear again? Is Jodi even Normie's girlfriend?

I think one of the men (don't really know if he's a relation or what??!) in Jodi's household is a police officer, so I wasn't really lucky having him show up...just thought it'd make a funny joke!

Phoenix suddenly rolls a LTW one evening after work (yes, he has a part-time job). He wants to Become a Creature Robot Cross Breeder. Hello thar, early LTW! Nothing bad about getting started young, that's what I say!

Dorian: (thinking) That's my mummy!

Yes, this is a random picture of the Warner's new maid. I think I took it and included it in the update because she's rather pruuuuuurdy.

lol... loved the whole teaching Naomi to talk dialog. :/ Although I never played N64.. I only had the original NES so I donno who Dorrie is. But which Mario game was she from, because for my birthday last year my guy had bought me all the old Mario games +plus a classic controller for my wii so I do have Mario 2 and 3 and such.. I could go play and look up this Dorrie water dino thing.

I also thought it was very cute when big brother Normie was reading to little sister. This action always makes me go "awwwww" when I see it in game, and it's so much cuter when coming from a teen sibling because you'd think they were too cool to hang out with a baby sibling.

Speaking of Naomi in her age up picture... that face she is making.. you can just see the evilness oozing from her.

And like Shell i also thought the picture of Edith on the scooter looked like she was trying to out run her sparkles I know you were upset with having chosen that extra when you realized the sparkles never went away, but I thank you because you saved me for ever picking that so I don't have to deal with sparkles. *hugs*

I grew up on the N64...in fact I pretty much grew up on anything Nintendo. These days however I seem to have gone over to the Playstation side, but PC gaming is also a big thing in my life *cough*Sims*cough*.

The game Dorrie is in is Super Mario 64, one of the best games ever in my opinion. It's on the N64. I can't remember the name of the level she appears in, but it's one where you have to transform Mario into Metal Mario in order to get through a room which is filled with a cloud of poisonous gas. I can remember the music that goes with him while he wears his metal cap, omg, I'm going to have to Youtube it now!

Awww I'm glad you liked it! Sometimes I look at my updates and don't think much happens. Other times I see pictures that are weeks/months old now and can't remember why I took them, so have to make up a new joke. Hehe

LOL *hugs* You're welcome! Although I did notice while I was updating my Awesome Mod the other day that they've got an added option to disable the eye candy sparkle (which Edith has). I was thinking about enabling it so they'd disappear but I'd probably end up missing the sparkle...I can't win with myself!

So...I could be persuaded to update again if I see more cute LOLcats *grins*

Normie: Hi little brother! *stands in front of the toilet*
Dorian: I need the toilet.
Normie: Don't you want to chat? *sadface*
Dorian: No. I came to the bathroom to use the toilet. Bathrooms are not for chatting. Now get out.

This actually did happen (I'm not making the conversation up)! Every time Dorian went to use the toilet, Normie would walk in and try and talk to him...sometimes people don't want to be disturbed when they want to use the toilet!! lol



The boys playing in the garden...looks like Phoenix is beginning to take after his daddy: he likes being athletic too!



Edith has taken to staying in town after work and amusing people with her snake charming skills...I don't often sit and watch her as the music really annoys me.

Dude in Overalls: I'm just going to impale my hand through this nice lady's butt...

Edith and Chris both rolled a want to go to the Art Gallery. Together they went to go and view art. They weren't being very exciting, so I started to look around...and saw this guy with cool blue hair.

If I'd seen him before Chris then I would have made Edith marry him to have blue-haired babies!!



Sometimes Normie actually leaves the house to play real-life chess instead of computer chess...but only sometimes.

Dude in underpants: I like forgetting to wear my trousers when I go to public places.



And we shall end on something amusing...well, for me anyway. It explains itself really, Dorian was being creepy...and Edith got freaked out. hehe.

YAY! Another update!

I don't understand the chatting in the bathroom either. It happens all the time in my family as well. I know i wouldn't want to be chatted up when i was trying to use the loo.
Speaking of the bathroom I have never seen the rubber ducky! It's so cute. I don't often let my simmies take bathes as they seem to take longer to me.

Also I love Chris and Naomi's conversation about computers. I too think they are more than just "OK."

How awesome is that you completed two life time wants in one update. It's been ages since I fulfilled any sims Life time want in my game.

The picture of Naomi with her arm up.. the one you said you just liked her pose. It kinda looks like she is plugging her ear.. like she could hear the horrible snake charming music from the picture right before her's...lol

Chris is a good Dad though, even if he does seem obsessed with them keeping fit! Love the creeped out bit at the end, don't think i've seen that before! Although, am surprised Normie wasn't creeped out by the no-trousers guy at the chess match! Don't think I'd like to play against him.. Although maybe that's his tactic to win, distract the opponent?! Lol

I wish someone would make a hack which stops sims from entering when one person already occupies the bathroom...although it sounds a bit complicated. Perhaps there's a hack around which just lets you lock the door? heh.

LOL she could be...I think she was just experiencing one of those animations related to one of her traits. Y'know, the things sims do when they aren't doing anything else. Did make an interesting picture though!

I've never thought about that before, but now that you mention it, YES! He is completely obsessed with keeping his family fit, whether it be his wife or children. Actually - since I'm way ahead in game - I'll give you a spoiler: he's still doing it, and has started to focus his efforts onto his grandchildren, hehe.

If that was me in place of Normie (although it wouldn't, since I can't play chess for toffee) I would be seriously distracted by his lack of trousers. I think Normie won in the end though, which is good since he's a genius!

Hey new reader! You've made me realise there was quite a lack of pants/trousers in that update! hehe thanks for reading...and I shall keep updating, don't worry! Although perhaps not today, maybe tomorrow. I have to work today, grrr.
