Toby looks a bit like elijah wood to me. I also totally agree that Henry is a hunk!

Hey Diz! It's good to hear from you! CF is indeed a ghost town, I'm glad people still check in once and a while though. Hehe I finished Skyrim a few weeks ago, such a good game! I may have finished it but I do see myself replaying it again in the future.
Right, another update in store in a bit! I've written it, just need to make sure the format is ok...

The Warner Legacy: Update 3.15 Charlotte and Toby may be at home being yelled at and doing the yelling respectively, but the rest of the Warner gang definitely isn’t! Christopher: WOOOO PARTYING LIKE IT’S 1999 Henry: I have a very comfortable bed back at my house if you’d like to see it…? WHOA Henry, dear, try not to be so forward… (If you were wondering the girl immediately walked off, LOL) I don’t think this picture needs a caption. Edith doesn’t seem to want to party, so she heads home instead. But she does decide to have a party with the sink, and proceeds to fall victim to the prank Charlotte planted there. Back at the bar, the mixologist suddenly doubles over and starts groaning in agony. Everyone rushes over. At the front of the crowd stands Chelsey, quite desperate to help (well, actually, I’m not sure she’s so “desperate to help”, more like she’s the most interested). Normie: Somebody’s been drinking too many stink juice potions… Lets just say Chelsey doesn’t end up helping at all. Meanwhile, oblivious to the chaos, Rupert is bustin’ some moves with Jun Xu, it seems. I don’t have anything witty to say about anything today, so I’m struggling with a caption for this one. This picture just seems to be a nice documentation of the family time they spend together… …oh, and when I say they spend ‘family time’ together, Chris is usually fishing at some variation of pond or the like. Henry wakes up one morning, and Chelsey immediately decides to scare the living daylights out of him. She’s such a good mother… *cough*tut, childish Sims*cough* *nods* Yes Normie, whatever you say. Time for Charlotte’s birthday! At last! I can move onto the next generation! *throws confetti in the air* Chelsey: Huh? Did my clone just appear in place of Charlotte? Edith: EEHEEHEE I LOOK SO HAPPY Charlotte randomly rolls the Artistic trait, so therefore I choose her an apt LTW as Master of the Arts. …And then I immediately marry her off! She marries a bloke called Gaston Strauss, and they move into a cosy little apartment together. Aw. Rupert and Toby also make their way out of the Warner family home to live their lives the way they want to. So I guess that means… Henry is heir! I bet you all didn’t see that coming, eh?! Teehee. I’ve got so much in store for him! *maniacal giggle* Tune in next time to see exactly what that is!

*shocked face* OMG! I had no way of guessing that Henry would be the heir! >.>
I am glad cause he's totally adorable! I can't wait to see what his kids will look like. I also hope he's able to find a woman that's not quite so childish as his mother was. And maybe someone that will have an interest in her own kids.
I finished Skyrim months ago. This is a second character I have been playing. I am making sure to fully explore the world before finishing the main quest again. After I did that on the first character i really lost interest.

The Warners! Aw, even though I haven't touched the game in forever I haven't really forgotten about them.
I've not got a copy of Photoshop on my Mac so I can't really update them again until I get my new Windows PC and can install Photoshop on it. I've got my old fraps file sitting on my external HD with lots of pictures for future updates, if any one is still interested in reading them. Well, if anyone is still here to read them hehe.
When I get to the end of my stored pictures I'm not really sure what to do. I could continue I guess, but I have a niggling feeling that when I install all the EPs I've missed due to my hiatus, I'll want to play with all the shiny new neighbourhoods. I could move the Warners to one of these new neighbourhoods, but that's always a lot of hassle as family ties go out the window. But then another part of me doesn't want to give up so easily since the Warners have been around for a few years...
Hmm. I've got some pondering to do. If any of you are still around, I'd love to hear your opinion!

I can't stop thinking about the Warners, heehee! I am fully aware that CF is quite dead, but I have an overwhelming urge to post the images I have stored. I am leaning towards extracting Henry and making a new game, and I'll periodically post updates here (in a new thread however). For now though I am going to do a mammoth spam of all the images I have left. Although not all at once, I do not have the time! If you're reading this...well, sorry for my rambling, but enjoy. In advance I'm sorry that the updates aren't really funny...all this happened so long ago that I've forgotten what I was going to caption everything! The Warner Legacy: Update 3.16Normie feels there is nothing like reading a good book in his parent's bedroom while they are both asleep. Weird? Not at all...after all, they might be asleep but their presence is still felt. What's the wonderful aqua-suited Henry doing, I hear you ponder? Well, he's got other ideas. Other law-breaking ideas (alright, perhaps "law-breaking" is taking it a bit far). Henry: Gotta sneak into this club so I can find me a woman! Guy in a Weird Blazer: Dude, you're not exactly being stealth about sneaking into the VIP area. Henry doesn't drink manly alcoholic beverages, oh no. He goes for the sparkling cocktails. I think our Henry likes the look of his lovely bartender! Henry: You know, you know how to make a man's cocktail just right. Kate note: look at the plumbob-shaped cocktail stick, SQUEEEUh oh! That doesn't bode well. It's not a complete disaster, though. Henry and the bartender were the only interesting ones in the VIP area, anyway. I also remember an elderly man who appeared every now and again to have a short jam on the guitar. Henry, his tail most certainly NOT between his legs (I mean, it's his first night wife-hunting, after all!), heads home to his bed. Early the next morning, Henry heads to work. He's a firefighter. A firefighter who has a jingle, if those musical notes are anything to go by. I want to make a Fireman Sam reference, but I'm not entirely sure how to work it in. So just pretend I was really hilariously funny here. His first day on the job, and since there's not a lot of fires going down, Henry spends the day getting to know his colleagues. I spoke too soon - the alarm bells soon start ringing, and Henry's off to attend to his first fire! I just hope he's careful! Henry: This pole is a great source of exercise... Henry's colleague: I really should have paid attention in Geography class... D: Luckily Henry's First Ever Fire is only a small one in the foyer of an apartment complex. Don't be fooled by the look of worry upon his handsome face: I assure you, he kicks that fire's butt with ease. It's extinguished within minutes. Henry 1, flames 0. It seems that the fire started in someone's apartment, so Henry quickly makes his way upstairs to tackle a few more blazes. However - since the apartment is so small - he has no choice but to step into the flames. EEEK! *wipes brow* Phew. Henry's safe, and he passed his first assignment with flying colours. Hooray!! Henry: What do you mean I have to do that again tomorrow? D:

The Warner Legacy: Update 3.17This update shall start with an image of a clown fish. Why, you ask? Well...prepare yourselves. Thought I'd begin on a light note since this update is only going to get sadder... One morning, while Edith and Chris are out visiting a community fishing lot, a terrible happening occurs. Edith, suddenly surrounded by sparkles (and two women!), begins to float up in the air. I know what's coming, and it upsets me Edith: What is this? Why has gravity suddenly decided to abandon me? D: CHRISTOPHER WARNER WHERE ARE YOU STOP FISHING YOUR WIFE IS DYING GET YOUR PIXELATED BOTTOM OVER HERE RIGHT NOW Sadly Edith, my lovely founder, has passed away from old age. Thank you, Edith, for being so awesome. You will be missed!!! Purple Girl: Memory++ Chris meanwhile... *is not sure whether to be really upset that Edith's husband has just missed her death because he was catching a Perfect Red Herring WORTH ONLY 5 BLOODY SIMOLEONS or to be really angry* Chris, honey, if you could see what has just happened behind you, you wouldn't be smiling like that. Oh, and here comes Grimmy...just to put the stamp of finality on things... Thankfully the appearance of Grimmy prompts Chris to move into action and see what all the commotion is about. He's not greeted by a joyful sight Edith: Please, Grimmy, let me live! Just so that I can say one last goodbye to my husband since he was so busy with his fish this time round! Christopher: *gasp* Christopher: My heart is breaking D: Purple Girl: Hee hee this is the best death I've ever seen! *grin* Christopher: I miss you, love. R.I.P. EDITH Loving wife, mother, and founder. She was 121 Sim-days old.(Yes, I keep track of how old my Sims are, and yes, my lifespan is set to custom) Since he was at work at the time, Normie hears of the death of his mother later that evening. Normie: My Mum has passed? Oh no...this is my "trying not to cry" face D: Later that afternoon, Chelsey attempts to cheer the Warner household by celebrating her birthday. She transitions to a really cute elder (I think it's those pigtails!) Here's Elder Chelsey after a quick make over, aww. Christopher: I AM TRYING TO BE HAPPY FOR CHELSEY BUT MY HEART, IT HURTS FROM THE LOSS OF MY ONE TRUE LOVE I am really sad to report that after Edith's passing, this is how Chris spends his time. He fishes alone. Day and night. He just fishes, and it makes me really sad. Never have I seen a Sim react in this way... Since the Warners are quite popular around town, Chris can't help but attract the unwanted attention of paparazzi. Paparazzi: Headline: Christopher Warner mourning the loss of his wife by fishing! Chris: Huh?! Me: Can't you leave the poor Sim alone??! Mourning the loss of his Grandmother, Henry heads into town to drown his sorrows. He meets this funky looking female in the elevator. After some investigating, I find out that her name is Lilly-Bo. Hmm. *gets ideas* On one hand I am glad that Henry has outgrown the sparkly cocktail, but on the other I am sad that he's drinking alone. Will the Warners recover from the loss of Edith? What will happen to the Paparazzo who intrude on Christopher's private mourning? Will the update be a bit happier?! Possible answers to these questions will follow in the next update.

Awww the Warners! It's great to see them again Poor Edith passing. She will be missed. This almost more than anything is making me want to play sims again! Also I know what you mean about being torn between finishing the Warners or starting over in one of the new towns with new sims. For the YEARS I played my family I had to force myself to keep going. And to remain in the same boring town. It was hard. I also didn't want to move them because of how wonky family ties get and then there would be so many extended family that would be left behind. I do check in a here and there, some times more than other times. I would be interested in reading on about the Warners, but if you do decide to not continue them I'd understand that too. After all it has been years and even though we get attached to our sim families it gets tough to play the same ones for all that time.

This almost more than anything is making me want to play sims again! I get this too! There should be a name for this...although the only thing I can come up with is "Seeing-other-people's-TS3-pictures-and-getting-the-urge-to-play-itis"... As sad as it is, I have decided not to continue with the Warners. I shall post all the pictures I have stored though, as said previously. What I plan to do is this: I will clone Henry and give him a new name and a slightly altered appearance (new hair colour, eye colour, etc), and start a new game from there. I will probably post a few images from time to time, but not as heavily as before. I find some of the enjoyment in the game is lost if you are waiting for opportunities to take good pictures! Anyway, that way the Warners still live on...a bit...but I'm looking forward to starting all over again. I shall write another Warner update for now and post in a bit.

The Warner Legacy: Update 3.18Long update is long, and full of .PNGs. Sorry if I break your Internets! Normie gets an invite to somebody's party - since it's been so long I can't remember the name of this "somebody" - so to try and make himself feel better after the death of Edith, he attends. First thing he does? He whips out Chelsey's guitar and strums a few songs. At least I think that's Chelsey's guitar! The return of Lilly-Bo! She is so funky I really need to marry her into this Legacy, but where's Henry when you need him?I also might have tweaked her facial features a little... *blush*In order to keep her on the Warner radar, I get Normie to speak to her. Turns out all she can do is think about receiving a bunch of roses, heehee. Not from Normie though. Hopefully. Normie: Why are there roses floating in a speech bubble above her head? D: Team Henry! He's slowly progressing in the Fire Fighter career track, and that makes me happy. The axe is really cute, by the way. Not that I have a picture of it to show you guys, sorry! I'm a bad Sim storyteller. To celebrate his promotion (and the fact it also happens to be Normie's birthday!), the Warners throw a party. You might recognise some of these faces...! (Or perhaps not, it has been a while. But I'll explain the best I can!) From left to right: Charlotte (Chelsey is hidden behind her), Toby (Have no idea who he's dancing with!), some random work friend of Normie, and Charlotte's husband Gaston. Henry: Looking irresistible while holding a plate of cookie (!) since 2013I noticed Chris was dining all alone (poor thing), so I was glad to see Henry go join his Pop-pop. Oh, and guess who got an invite to the party? Lilly-Bo of course! She seems to be quite enamored with Henry, too! *fist pump* Quite a lot of dancing went down at this party. Rupert photobombs Henry & Lilly-Bo! Lilly-Bo's clothing choices are amazing and amusing. If you've never seen her before, go seek her out! She's so cool. She lives in Bridgeport. Rupert seems to be getting along famously with this girl, and after a bit of investigating I learn that he went to school with her! Hands up if you think romance is on the cards... *raises hand* OH! OH! THE FIREFIGHTER AXE IS IN THE BACKGROUND!Honestly? I just like Charlotte's face in this one. Wait, what was that? 'Where's the Birthday boy?' I hear you ask? Well... Normie has spent the most of the time in the bathroom with the sink, or in the kitchen with the sink. *sigh* Could I get a chorus of "meant to be", please? It's time for Normie's transition to elderhood! As you can see, that haircut still haunts the Warners. And Chelsey's facial expressions are incredibly similar to the girl whose name I do not know. A quick haircut and clothing change later, and Normie's back to normal. Except with grey hair now! I'll end this mammoth update with an image of Christopher. It still upsets me to think and remember how he becomes a loner after the passing of Edith. Never have I had a Sim do this before, so it really quite affects me. Will Christopher reintegrate himself with the rest of his family? What's in store for Normie now that he's a big bad elderly man? Is Henry going to show off his fireman prowess? Find out in the next update of the Warner Legacy!

]I get this too! There should be a name for this...although the only thing I can come up with is "Seeing-other-people's-TS3-pictures-and-getting-the-urge-to-play-itis"... I will probably post a few images from time to time, but not as heavily as before. I find some of the enjoyment in the game is lost if you are waiting for opportunities to take good pictures! That was how I started out my last story, just a few pictures here and there. It was more fun to play that way and then somewhere along the way it became about making sure I had enough pictures to make a story long enough for an update. I do agree it takes some of the fun out. When I got my new computer I left behind my old family too. I was so excited to fire up the new computer i didn't even take a copy of the old family or any saved games off the old computer before unplugging it. It's kind of nice to have a fresh start with new people to mess with I mean play and give a happily ever after life to >.> Seeing-other-people's-TS3-pictures-and-getting-the-urge-to-play-itis is really starting to set in now! I think I might go clean out some of the way too much custom content I have and fire up the game today! (I also sort of stopped playing because the game was extremely choppy even on my brand new computer with great graphics card. It was rather frustrating and not at all fun to have a sim take a step then freeze for a full minute, take another step, freeze, step, freeze, etc....)
