So, for the last couple days I have been trying to call my mom with no luck. yesterday after work I called and a voice that sounded like my aunt answered, which totally threw me off guard and I said 'Um' .. about about to say "auntie Deedee?" when the person hung up on me o.O So I called back and got my mom's answering machine that time... I didn't leave a message though thinking I would just try back later. Few hours later I did call back and got the answering machine again and that time left a message. Was only 6pmish and figured she could still be out. But then I called durning the first commercial break of American Idol.. a show my mom NEVER misses so I knew I had to catch her home, only i didn't and again it went to the answering machine. I called again about 10pm after the whole show and no answer... really getting worried. Called a bunch of times today and no answer. I have a sweet friend in cali who was also calling for me and if I had not found anything out he was going to drive down to my mom's house for me to see what was up.
Before he could though i finally found my aunt's phone number and called her to see if she had seen my mom recently, because i had been trying to call her for the last couple of days with no luck. She said yeah she had, but thinking back on it now she said it kinda of oddly. She told me to try my mom's cell phone. I got no answer on that. A few minutes later my aunt calls back asking if I had got a hold of my mom and I say no so then she tells me okay... "Your mom is in the hospital. We made her go in the other day and they have kept her for more tests." She wasn't sure what to tell me before. So in the mean time she had called my mom to tell her I was looking for her. So she gave me the number to my mom's room so I could talk to her.
Anyways.. this is a really long way for me to say that I am sorry i have already taken a break from the story, but it's going to be a bit longer because I am just not really feeling up to the sims right now. Even though my mom assured me that she is fine and they are just taking some tests, I have upset and having problems thinking rather clearly as this is also coming just 2 days before the anniversary of my dad passing which is usually a dark day for me anyways.

Sorry i have not been back in a while.
Mom is home and fine. What they saw as a blockage turned out to just be a shadow on the negs., there is something slightly wrong with one of the valves coming off her heart, but they don't think that will cause her too much trouble. They couldn't really give an explanation of what caused the chest pains she was having when she went in... they said it could even be something like a charlie horse in her chest muscles, but there was really nothing they could do for that.
I will try and get an update up this coming weekend.. my weekend that is, so around wednesday or thursday. Sorry for the long delay.

*sighs* No need to keep staling this. I have lost interest in playing Sims at the moment.... it's one of the main reasons there has not been any update. I am sorry.
Also got horrible news today which has put me in more of a funk, and not helped my mood with wanting to play. Sims Medieval just came out today and I think tomorrow on the way home from work i will pick it up cause some not too long term playing sounds good right now. So instead of my legacy right now I may post up some pictures of Sims Medieval. I mean i have been playing this one family for over 2 years now.. it's only natural to get a little bored of them right?! :/

It comes out here tomorrow but its always fun seeing what others are up to. I hear you about the getting bored thing with sims. I have changed families a number of times and that's just with the sims 3. When/if you are ready post again, we will be waiting  |

Hey kinda getting back in the mood to play now that we are just one month away from the new EP dropping!  So today I spent a couple hours putting together a family tree as a sort of catch up and remind everyone who all the sims are. Plus I had been meaning to make one for ages now anyways.  I only included pictures of the active heir sim and their spouse cause... well, they are the ones the story is mainly about and i didn't want to be fussed with all the extra pictures.  * If siblings lines are connected it means they were twins or triplets **Sorry for the crappy picture of Yves that was the best I could find and i can't just go take a picture of him now cause in my game he is dead. (Here is where you will all kill me. I said I was uninspired to play and stopped posting, but I had over two generations worth of updates already with pictures >.> I was just being lazy... i sorry) |

Now that you remember who everyone is lets jump into it with an update! Flora is has just gone into labor with her and Yves first child!  Meet Yann Langdon! He is a virtuoso and loves the out doors. (I wonder if that has anything to do with being born out in the garden? o.O )  Fanny has decided to retire.  Ut oh.. seems Flora is having a little trouble getting out of the time machine....  And Yves was practically thrown out... hmm what were they doing in there o.O  Birthday time for Yann!  Here he is as a little tot.  Flora is feeling a little under the weather again >.>  Flora is very proud of how much her garden has grown she forced me to take a boring picture of it.  Awww.. Yves loves being a father. (he's a little on the old side and is very close to turning elder. Apparently he was afraid he'd never feel the joys of being a parent.)  Speaking of turning elder.... Virgil is having a birthday!  Here he is after a little elder make over  |

Why the shock Shell... I said in Kate's thread she had inspired me to play and update (as soon as American Idol is over i am gonna start the 30 minute load up and play the game a bit too.) And because you asked so nicely.. here is another update just for you Shell. Usually getting the notices that your sim is no longer friends with someone is a bad thing, but this time it was good...  I have no idea how Virgil and Grimmy got to be friends anyways. Flora was woken up in the night by another belly pop!  *hits fast forward button* FLORA IS IN LABOR!!!  Yves why are you freaking out! You have seen this happen once already! Awww... a little girl! Meet Yvette Langdon.  Flora is an outdoor sim and loves conserving energy so she bought a new bike and rides it everywhere.  While she was out on the town Flora got a message she was sent a new sofa for being a celebrity!  For any that have forgotten, Fanny was a big time movie director and a super star and because of that most of her family has become celebrities whether they wanted to be or not. Flora was also sent a new stove!  At this rate she could make over the house. Yves is not only a loving father, but a great husband and still takes the wife out on dates.  Though it does get interrupted some times by people recognizing Flora and snapping her picture on their phones.  Yvette is having a birthday!  Here she is as a tot.  |

Time to read back and catch up on what I've missed!!  These latest two generations of the Langdons have got to have produced some of the prettiest Sims I have ever seen!! Flora is absolutely gorgeous; her and Yves's children even more so!! You must be proud  I love Yves's 'look' by the way...am totally digging that scarf. hehe! (P.S. Are you now using Peggy's skins/faces??! This is the first time I've noticed it in your game but your faces now look a lot like mine do! I've actually been tempted to change from Peggy to the new Ephemera ones, but seeing your pictures has made me question that...) I love how Flora gets sent things just for being a celebrity...man I better get installing Late Night. Reading through your legacy has actually made me want to load up my game and play! There is so much you have posted about that I can do when I install Late Night...I'm just trying to sort through all my downloads first as they've become a bit jumbled. |

I have been using the peggy face since the beginning, though the other day while looking at MTS I found a new skin that I am wanting to try out, so in about 11 updates the skin might look different and then might changed back all of the sudden depending on if i liked it or not. And as for Yves.. I had to give him some kind of cool look.. he is French after all. *cough* But I wouldn't get too attached to him if i were you.  Okay I am off to see what new downloads have come out since I last played months ago. And to see what i can't live with out and to slow my game down even more. |
