As promised


One morning Edgar decided to retire from the renovation field. He never could please his clients anyways. It just so happened right as he was getting off the phone the maid arrived and she started protesting! The family didn't like this and fired her right away.

it was only after that they realized she was not protesting, but cheering on the retiree... oh well it's too late now, and it looks like she found another job with the Warners so all things turned out okay.

When the ghosts can't break water objects to make puddles to be cleaned up they make a puddle themselves o.O This one wet herself because someone of the living was in the bathroom... I mean how dare they be alive and want to live in their own house and use the facilities before the ghosts. (why do ghosts even need to use the bathroom or sleep or eat for that matter?)


Moving on from the in the way ghost... it's Margo's birthday!


Margo: I used to dress so nice and I age up into a moomoo!?
Me: No worries Margo you will be getting a make over.


ahh.. that is better.


In an effort to make the house less appealing to the ghosts I have removed all extra beds. I though that would make them go sleep in their graves. No such luck.


The ghost have continued to break things so of course that means more visits from the repairman. This poor guy was scared of ghosts so of course as soon as he walked in the door and saw one snoozing on the couch he fainted. After walking up from that walked into the kitchen and saw another one and fainted again.

4 faints later he finally fixed what he came to do and left in a hurry.

Some days later Viktor was out in his work shop and managed to set himself on fire!


Thankfully when he built his work shop he had the foresight to add in a bathroom and was able to quickly put himself out.


Somewhere under all that hair is Vincent and it's his birthday!


Here he is after his make over (that he desperately needed because he grew up in a horrible long girl hair and a pink top)


The birthday cake made Myrtle a little sick :/


Oh who am I kidding.... later that night after a midnight run to the bathroom Myrtle's belly popped... again.


Both Viktor and Myrtle are family sims and want to raise 5 kids.. looks like they are just gonna try and get them all out of the way in the first years of their marriage. For this one Viktor is hoping for a girl, while Myrtle is wanting another boy.

Will Myrtle get them boy she wants or will Viktor get the daughter he wants? Will they keep popping out new kids as soon as one is born or will they slow down and bit?

Yayyy update!!

And it's only just been put up! Hehe. I'm firrstt yayyy!

Poor Maid! That was a little harsh! Lol. But am glad she's found a new job I know you find all the ghosts hanging around really annoying, but they do make for amusing reading! Especially with the poor old repairman! Glad Viktor was ok, phew! With all these kiddies that are gonna be running around, Myrtle is gonna be needing Daddy around! Glad she's preggers again, Vincent is a cutie! Love his little dungarees!

Can't wait to see if the new bub is as cuuuteee!!

A moomoo lol...aw bless her, I'd say the same thing if I transitioned into that sort of attire. She looks nice after her makeover though, loving the purple cardigan (I love cardigans)!

Seeing Kate's update has put me in a good mood so i thought i would update too ;D

Margo decided to retire as well even. She really wasn't advancing fast enough in her job and she wanted to be able to spend more time with her grandchildren.


Everyone came to cheer and this is when i realized the sign was a cheering thing and not just the last maid slacking off and protesting >.> Opps! But like i mentioned last time she seems to have already found another job so it all works out.

Poor Edgar being a loner sim really hates the huge crowd, but tried to deal with his own discomfort and still cheers on his wife.

I love when there are a lot of sims around and they ALL react to something at the same time.

(sorry for walls down... it was an odd shot to get them all in there.)

Virgil is having a birthday!!


o.O And he grows up into a very girlish look.

Poor Myrtle needs to use the restroom more these days, but there always seems to be someone in the way. This time it was two ghost blocking her exit from the kitchen and she had a little accident.


Poor Virgil was all tuckered out from the aging process and just wanted to go to bed, but before he could make it to his bedroom a sneaky ghost took a short cut through walls and stole his bed. At that point it was an unclaimed bed so they felt it was fair game.


He tried for hours to get the pesky ghost to get up and she kept shooing him. Here Virgil's new grumpy trait is kicking in at having to deal with all these ghosts.


Finally his parents made a real quick trip to the open all hours of the day and night Ikea and bought him a new bed which he dove into before for any other ghost could claim it.

Well since you asked so nicely


Unfortunately the family has been a little lax on paying their bills and the repo lady came to collect.


She took the upstairs bath,


the dinning table,


and one of the down stairs toilets!


So the new maid the family got is not so great. He doesn't really clean anything just walks around a bunch. He's left piles of wet laundry on the floor and not switched them to the empty dryer. And one day Viktor caught him brushing his teeth at the kitchen sink! So they had to fire him too.


Late one night Myrtle went into labor.


And had a little girl!! Meet Velma Langdon.


As Myrtle was bringing Velma into the nursery she felt another twinge in her belly and what do you know she had another baby... ANOTHER GIRL! Meet Valarie Langdon.

Hehe yay an update! Diz I love how you've said that seeing me update makes you want to update...I get that all the time! Whenever I see you update it puts me in a TS3 mood and gets me interested enough to post an update...ok I'll be quiet now

I don't get the sign and the cheering thing...it really looks like they are protesting in favour of yetis! But its really cute to see them all reacting to Vincent's cries hehe.

Ok I'm totally going to give another spoiler for my legacy here but I'm desperate to talk about my observation. Like Virgil, I have noticed that the boys of the third generation have started to look girly when they age up into children too!! I've come to the conclusion it must either mean they are slightly effeminate or my game is trying to make up for the lack of female babies I seem to have in my game (I seem to recall I had this problem in TS2 too?? Wow that's freaky).

Getting back to Virgil though, his makeover is sweet, he looks like a proper little boy now!

Finally his parents made a real quick trip to the open all hours of the day and night Ikea and bought him a new bed which he dove into before for any other ghost could claim it.

The maid the Warners have at the moment is just as rubbish...the first (and most of the time, last) thing she does when she gets to the house is head straight for the fridge and eat a tub of ice cream!!!

I was laughing so hard when i saw your comment about the maid Dizzy. I was wondering what in the hell my sims were doing the first time i had someone retire to when they flashed around the sign. But for my sim it was his son LOL Its really cute.

Sims have Ikea?! an all night one at that!? (hehe)

Awww twins!! And girls I've got a set of triplets in my game at the moment (all girls), have fun with that Dizz!

Has anyone else noticed, or is it just me, you don't get mixed sex twins and triplets anymore? Or is it just my game being weird? I never get twins that are a boy and a girl, it's always two girls or two boys.. I kinda miss the surprise of wondering what sex the second baby is, coz it's always the same as the first!

Anywaysss, loved the update Dizz! But you best make sure your simmies keep paying the bills, don't want the cribs stolen out from underneath the new bubs! That's a pretty nursery they have

I've noticed that too o.o
I've had triplets in my game before, and they were all girls, and in my friends game they ALSO had triplets, and they were all girls too :/. Hmph.

Yeah I used to have the no bills reward, but the last person that had it died off and i forgot to buy it for a new living person. Viktor has it now

I am really disappointed in the maid service in this game! They never make the beds and hardly do any of the cleaning. I have yet to figure out what they spend all day doing and then to charge the family $125 and the family then has to go and put away dishes and do laundry and make beds. *grumble grumble*

I think the sign flashing for cheering the retiree on is new since the last EP, because i don't remember it happening at all before.

And Shell do you mean the sparkly pink dress? The one I would love to get rid of our of my game cause it annoys me? It's from Peggy and I believe is free, was one of the first pieces of custom clothes out there. It annoys me because it's a photo sourced texture and I tend to not like those for Sims.

lol Kate i was thinking the same thing about the boys all transitioning and looking girl ish.. that the game was trying to make up for it's lack of female children, or the game was being all snarky and rubbing it in that it's not giving me girl kids.

And yeah i have noticed too that there are not a lot of mixed twins, and it makes me sad. But the nice thing with these last twins is they are very easy to tell apart because.... oh well you will see later when i cane update again

And thankfully my family had enough to cover the cost to buy back the items the repo person took. Even though technically at this point no one in the family has a job They had a nice little nest egg saved up and between Edgar and Margo's retirement money they are bringing in close to 900$ a day and the family doesn't spend that much these days.

LOL... I told you. The texture is photo sourced and i don't like that for sims. Photo sourced means it looks like a an RL photograph of the material and is then applied to the flat mesh shape. I just don't like the mixing of highly RL textures with the more hand drawn looking things that sims normally are. That and it will randomly show up like this for maternity wear and I don't like it for that as well.
But technically there is nothing wrong with it to be scared to download it... just personal preference.
