This is a first for me, so please be gentle. It was whilst I was playing a challenge, that I came up with the idea (and a friend of mine suggested it too, thanks, you know who you are) of making a 'special blog' for one of my characters. I had loads of pictures, and thought 'what the heck' and went ahead with it. So here it is.... soniabigcheese-cosycornersims2.blogspot.com/sonia`s story corner Hope you like it *on another note, with work and real life, I may have difficulty updating this blog regularly* Sorry

Wow, thanks Antilife
This is a first for me, taking on the persona of a teenage boy (considering I'm a mature female *snort*) So it's interesting how this is going to work out.

I agree with the others, It's a good idea arinthea. Especially since internet blogging is so popular nowadays.. and sims can even do it now FT is out! It's ok about you not being able to update regularly, I know real-life can get in the way a bit sometimes... but give us a heads up if you do get updated at some point and I'll give it a read

Terrible terrible news. I went in game to check in on Ambrose. And for some really odd reason, Riverblossom has totally reset itself. Meaning that I've lost the Messy Messlot challenge, Ambrose (no more blog entries), a haunted house challenge, even a brand new house I was working on.
So, it means that Ambrose's blog will no longer exist. I shall start again with the messlot challenge (that's where Ambrose originated from), but he's going to look a lot different (that's if it's a little boy again)
Really, really sorry about this, I was so looking forward to getting him into college too.

Oh no, that's terrible news. I meant to comment before but it seems I never had (naughty Kate), but I really enjoyed Ambrose's blog. His comical style of blogging really kept me hooked. I look forward to reading your next story, whatever you do! Also, where do you find all of these challenges? I've never heard of the "Messy Mess lot" challenge before.

Yeah, I deleted both of those. I'm almost certain there was a glitch, because I even called a repairman and he couldn't fix it..... On top of that, the household has had MULTIPLE other glitches. The daughter though her mom was cheating on her, the nanny hasn't left for a week, he mom's job display for how much she makes isn't right. (although she does earn more than it says, which I'm not complaining) Oh and do the houses normaly increase in value or is that just when your sim is in the buisiness career. Also, since my sim is in the buisiness career she can provide financial aid to poeple and make money that way. ;D

Funny you should mention glitches. I had Petunia (Ambrose's Mum) come home from work, and her wages didn't go up at all, the only way her bank account would rise, was when she got a promotion.
I finally gave up and ended the challenge itself, and moved in Ambrose's father.
But the glitches didn't end there. They were both elders and I thought I'd marry them off. Neither the 'get engaged' or 'get married' options appeared until after I reinstalled the game.
Petunia was a Knowledge Sim, yet when she went into Aspirational Failure, it flashed up 'Romance'!!!!
It's so bizarre really.
I have no idea about the house price glitch. That's a weird one indeed.
And well done for your Sim to gain financial aid
Glad you're enjoying this challenge. I'm going to try again.

Some of the glitches are kinda interesting. Like the nanny never leaving. Both the mother and daughter cna gain a friends that way (which I haven't tried that yet) and the nex property value thing (I think it might just be from her career.....but I've still never seen anything like it) are both very interesting. Also I like finacial aid. But I don't get her to do it that often..... The rest is pretty annoying. Your glitches are very weird. Now that you mention it, my sims have had weird glitches with their aspiration. The mother sim had several different wants to earn a lot of money, and they were all achieved when she earned her daily salary, which was a lot less. Oh and since my sim slept with the head honcho, she was promoted once. It was great. But, then she was really far behind with the skills.... I might eventualy move my sim out when I have a set goal. Like get both of thre sims to have their own bedrooms, fix up all the furniture, and et another bathroom. Oh and a bigger kitchen/dinning room. And as long as their are no more super annoying glitches that ruin my game......I'm good. ;D
