Well, my computer is working again, and I have kicked off an Asylum challenge.

And the floorplan (yes I know theres no greenhouse there in the pic, but it's there now so shhhh)
Construction is still under way, and I'll have a final floorplan and sim-level shots once it's finished.

Episode 1

Welcome back to Lawridge Asylum, I'm your host guska Cryotank (shuddup Dizzy)

Last time, we introduced the patients, now why don't we take a closer look at whats been happening in the first 9 sim-hours or so?


Well, doesn't seem to be going too well this early does it? Lots of minuses there. Oh dear.


Well Yoles and Brenda seem to have gotten over their differences.
Brenda - "I like trains"
Rachel - *stare*


Seth thought he should get a job to get some income coming into the house. Luckily there was one in he cullinary track as a Dish Washer. Thats 1 step towards getting out.


Meanwhile, everyone else seems to be sitting around outside enjoying the last day of summer, and getting to know one another.
Yes Sampson, that is the box that Mr Humble dropped off.
(I put Mr H's gift in Seth's inventory for now until i decide if I'm going to use it or not)


Half a sim-hour later, and everyone is still outside
Samantha - "If this is what prison looks like, where's the nearest bank?"
Sampson - *stare*


Yes Sampson, the asyluym has blinds... *sigh*


Isn't that nice of Rachel to serve up the sandwiches that Seth made for everyone while Seth is taking out the garbage? And take the credit no doubt


Oh Sam, just wait will you?


Meanwhile Sampson has been laying on the bed for a good sim-hour or so.


Why is everyone hating on Seth? When a man's gotta go, a man's gotta go! Sheesh! Some people!


Seth - "I'm a good kisser"

George - "I can see the future"
Sam - *Not interested*
(Oooh, harsh)


4 sim-hours later, and Sampson hasn't moved!
(Lazy so-and-so)


Meanwhile, Sam is heading to the bath, fantasising about Nolan...

Speaking of Nolan, I haven't seen him for a while, since I saw him disappear into the therapy room...1 sim-hour ago...


Oh, he's still on the excersie bike.
(Here's hoping mine isn't homocidal like Katie's seemed to be)


Oh, nice of you to join us after 5 hrs on the bed Sampson, but why are you hating on Samantha? Is it because you're both Sam?


Sam is in the bath, minding her own business!

A little time later...


Sam - "What's that wet stuff falling from the sky?"


Uhhhh, Yoles, where are you going and why are you naked?
(I forgot I left that flavour pack in inTEEN, but oh well)


Oh, thats what your doing. But are you sure you want to be nekkid while doing it?


Nolan - *pedal pedal pedal*
Rachel - *paint paint paint*
Sampson - *stare*


We seem to have a clean freak in the asylum. Thanks Sam!


Uhhh, yep, Sam, ya could have waited till Rach had used it before cleaning it!


Yes Sampson, it's a tree


Rachel - "I hate dirt"
Seth - *Hoe hoe hoe*

Meanwhile, inside

Nolan, you've been on that for 7 sim-hours straight. Are you even gonna get off?
Nolan - *pedal pedal pedal* *Skillpoint*
(If the pics were big enough, you would notice an improvement in graphics quality at this point, as I remembered to turn the settings up :s)

oohh!!! You have never done a story! Nice start... but o.O *cough* it looks very sims2 what happen to sims3?!

Sims3 + Windows 7 = Broken

And it would never work properly in Sims3, as the free will is too damn good. They are actually intelligent.

Loving the story so far. Asylums are so much fun to read. I love the way you write everyone as been a bit looney ..looking forward to more.
And what will you do if they are as suicidal as Katie's sims (on the bike) LOL

I got TS3 to work for a while, and tried it in that, but after 4 hours real time, noone had done anything remotely stupid, so it's pointless.

Shell - I am borrowing inspiration from Katie and Kate's writing styles, as I have no style of my own yet, but it will develop. If they are suicidal, then I guess I'll top up once and then leave it.

Yolanda and Brenda are still jumping in puddles


And Sam is cleaning the bath...again


Your turn on the bike hey Sam?


Well go make some food!


Oh, Seth's doing it, how nice of him


Meanwhile George is in the bedroom fantasising about Makoto the paper boy...

Sam, you naughty thing, waking up fantasising about Nolan


Yoles, what is it with you and running around naked?..


...And now falling asleep, naked, in your food?


Nolan, back on the bike again...


Rach, your standing next to the shower...Sam, wait your turn...


Seth and George have a quick pillow fight...in the kitchen, before...


Seth goes off for his first day of work
(He got a promotion to Drive-through Clerk when he got home, but I missed it)


Oh very nice Rach


Don't look at me Sam, go eat


Like I said before, go eat!
(This went on for a while, but I won't bore you with every time)


Rachel: "Move or I'll call the cops"


Nolan...STILL??


George: "I love your pink dressing gown, can I try it on?"


George: "I also like to play with my balls..."


Sampson: "Row row row your boat..."
Rachel: *Stare*


Sam, your right next to the fridge!


You both suck


Nolan still on the bike, into the early evening


Ah, looks like you wore yourself out Nolan!


OH NO! SAM! Told you to go eat didn't I?
Also I notice that Yoles got up finally too, after sleeping all day.


Seth to the rescue!

Awww, thats nice Sam, show him you're grateful


Oookay, not sure that that was 100% necessary, but okay
(Didn't get a shot of them woohooing, as it was the first time, and I got the cut-scene)



Meanwhile in the chaos, a couple of people couldn't hold on.


And Rach broke the bath


After his bath, Nolan went to bed and dreamt about...himself...


Then got up, and back on the bike...


Uhhh, Seth, wrong blonde...


OH NO! The exercise bike claims it's first victim!


Wake up Seth!


Ahh, there you are


OH NO! At least you tried buddy...


RIP Nolan, you will be missed

Or maybe not, as moments later...


Life returns to normal...Seth, give her some privacy!


Well Yoles, only 1 way thats gonna happen, but ya gotta be awake for it...

Aww...every good chef needs at least one fire under his belt LOL but at least he is screaming with the others and not looking in the fridge for food like his bed buddy LAFFS
