It looks amazing. But my only concern is this: will it be pay, or will it be free?

Ditto all the above. It looks like fun, but like the rest of you I think it will be pay. *sigh*

It's 1,650 simpoints? After thinking it over for a while I don't think that price is too bad...especially considering it's a new neighbourhood, there are sets in the store that are priced 1,800 simpoints and contain only a few measly objects and a few hairs! Would be even better if it were free though

Apparently, it does have a few glitches. One MAJOR one especially. A couple of my Simming buddies have tried it. They sent their Sims on vacation, only to have them vanish completely or not even turn up at their destination. Oh and I've noticed that there's only room for 2 of the 5 new community lots - Fire Station/Tattooist-Salon/consignment store/laundromat/junkyard. Apart from that, it's a beautifully created island setting. I've got to agree with you all by saying , yeah, it's a little pricey for something that's not quite finished and was rushed out, due to public demand *coughextraprofitscough* -what?..... just sayin'

Oh dear. That news disappointed me.. but then I suppose I should have been expecting it really, it's always the case. Maybe they'll fix the bugs?! And yeh Kate I think I was expecting it to be a little more actually... but still... I don't like pay items...

I discovered it only AFTER I had demolished half my existing town to get the new buildings in Sunnyview or what ever the hell it's called. I don't usually buy things, but I think I have to agree with Kate.. it's cheaper than some object/hair packs and it's a whole town with special things and activities for yer sims to do... doesn't seem too badly priced to me.

Trouble is, there are so many odd angles in the roads that the empty lots don't 'sit' properly and are at strange angles, instead of being flush against the road side.
