Love Is...
Truely the stuff Dreams are made of...
(pics later)
This story is about Jadyn Louise Walsh; the love she lost, the dream she fulfilled, and the love that conquered all…
I’m Jadyn Walsh, and this is my story…
I was born into wealth, but I’ve always wanted to make it on my own for as long as I could remember. When I was a little girl my Nana (paternal Grandma) told me how she started out poor and with a dream she now owns the largest winery in Sedona Valley. I’m going to take you back just a wee bit to where it all started…
This is Nana’s (Louise) Story
One-day her dad my great-grandpa Louis had gotten a big job with the city and brought home licorice sticks for her and her twin brother and a bottle of wine to celebrate. Nana being a naturally curious child asked all about the bottle of wine, what it was made of, where was it from, why do they call I wine, could she try it, etc. Great grandpa answered every single question as if he were an expert, but she still didn’t understand how the ‘wine people’ turned grapes into a liquid that as her mom great-grandma Helen said ‘made people feel good, warm, and tickly’. Nana made it her passion to find out; she wanted to make and sell wine. When Nana turned 16 she had to work to help around the house, she worked cleaning houses just like great grandma Helen. One day the owner of the house she was cleaning was preparing a party, he was inviting some of the other rich men and women in town to gather and sample some of his finest aged wines. The older gentleman was quite taken with Nana at first sight of her, so he made sure there was always work of some sort for Nana to do just so her could see her everyday, his name was William Patrick Walsh III; he owned a local winery/vineyard, he also lived alone and was very lonely although no one knew because he was always having one party after another. His wife died a few years earlier during childbirth and the baby a little boy died only a few days later, William never re-married, he lost his true love and he never thought he would feel that way about anyone else. Until he met Nana… (She reminded him of his Rachel)
