Uh, HI THERE GUYS.
First of all I must say sorry for suddenly disappearing on you all!! I have been away from CF for quite a while. I wish I could say that I've been doing something exciting, but in all honesty I haven't. I took myself away from CF as I needed to concentrate on exams and such, and truthfully I found it quite easy as I have lost interest in TS2. I can't bring myself to play it for longer than five minutes, as after then my brain tells me that it is bored and wants to play a round of Plants Vs Zombies.
So today, on the day of the UK release of TS3, I thought it was about time that I popped my head in as I've really started to miss you guys!!
As I was explaining to Shell in a PM, after being in two minds about TS3 my heart has decided to tell my brain that it wants to purchase the game. My brain thinks that is illogical, but my heart is 'DO WANT'. So later this afternoon I'm off into town to try and get my grubby hands on a copy. If I don't manage to get one... well, my bank manager won't mind.
Anyyyyway, should stop rambling on about my heart and start reading through posts to see what you have all been up to. Did I say that I missed you guys???!
Kate out!
P.S. While I was away I became OBSESSED with Star Trek! I have seen the new film four times at the cinema, and on my birthday my best friend is taking me to see it at the IMAX!
My love of the film has spurred me into watching the original series on the telly, as well as Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Voyager. I want to watch the previous films and other programmes also, but currently these are the only Star Trek orientated things I can find on the TV box.
Spock has begun to dominate my life. Instead of waving to people, I now give them the Vulcan salute. I find myself telling people to 'live long and prosper' when I say goodbye to them. I even throw 'fascinating' into conversations when there really is no need.
So here is my apology in advance: If I start discussing Star Trek way too much, just tell me to shut the hell up.
P.P.S. EHEHEHEHEE I have just changed my avatar and now I can't stop staring at Spock!!
P.P.P.S. I have just come to the conclusion that Spock would not approve this post, seeing as I sound like such a fangirl.
