My guy and I are moving in together!! And if that weren't great enough.. the apartment we are moving into is much larger than my studio on.. with an actual seperate bedroom adn living room and like an actual kitchen! And has a washer/ dryer and a dishwasher! and I will be paying $40 less than I am now for the studio... and the best of all... I get to move in at the same time as he does. originally my lease was up a month after his (august 1st..his is july 1st) but because there have been so many troubled with my apartment what with the leaking boiler room above raining down into my place 4 times in 10 months... the property manager okied it that I could go at the same time with no penelties or lease breaking fees for getting out of my current lease a month earlier. I am soooo EXCITED!!!!

I got my copy of sims3... just got in from getting it. i wasn't going to get it yet as I don't really have the money for it right now.. but certain things have come about and i find I need distracted so i went and got it. am off to play now.

Upon hearing your news made me think back to when I first moved in with my husband (then my guy or boyfriend) and our first apartment together *sigh* ;D .

I've finally FINALLY managed to order some stuff online YAY.
Hubby is very leery of giving out personal information online (I think he's been watching too many scare story programs on TV), so, with a little persuasion, we managed to get a top up Ecard, so that I can spend whatever I want.

Sooooo, as I'm a bookworm, a book fiend extraordinaire... I've ordered books as long as my arm. The postal service are going to love me LOL.

• After three annoyingly tough weeks, I am finally essay free until January! YAY!! It's such a nice feeling not to be burdened with lots of work...just have to make sure I don't slack now and neglect all my reading.

I forgot to mention anything, but this last weekend i went out of town. Not too far.. just to a town about 2 hours away from where I live. Why you ask? Because it was THE GOONIES 25TH ANNIVERSARY IN ASTORIA OREGON!!!!! (Astoria is where the movie took place and the Goonies has been one of my all time favorite movies growing up. Most of you are a bit too young, but one of the actors in the movie is Corey Feldman and in the later 80's early 90's he was pretty hot stuff. I remember cutting out pictures of him from teeny bopper magazines to put them on my walls as a kid and I got to meet him!!! Sean Astin was also supposedly there, but he wasn't the day we had our tickets for the Meet n greet with the cast. You guys would probably know who that is mroe than you'd know Corey Feldman... Sean Astin was samwise gumgy in lord of the rings.. lucy's weight lifting brother in 50 first dates 9just to name a few of his more recent works).

Anyways. It was a totally awesome weekend cause we got to see all the places around this sleepy little town where parts of the movie took place. There are 1000s of fanatics just like me and my brother and his family that all flocked there for the weekend... even people from as far as France and Germany were there

I have pictures uploaded on my flickr if any of you want to check them out. Also if you have not seen the movie I highly suggest you got check it out. I mean keep in mind it's from 1985.... but it's still totally awesome! And if you think otherwise I donno if we can be friends anymore ... JK... or am I?

Some books I ordered the other day came today!!


I was going to buy two of the books with a left over christmas gift card and when i mentioned that to my mom and how there are a bunch of books in this "classics" series she said to get 4 books on her! Also said "this month" making it sound like she'd buy me more of the books! They are buy one get one half off and most are only $20 which i think is a pretty good deal for leather bound books.
