9.3 - Party Pooper
GIRL!!!
Here she is, little baby
Daisy:
She has Daddy Nathan's skin and hair and Mummy Lilly's eyes.
When Darcy woke up, he had a lot to cheer about, as not only did he have a new baby sister...
It was also a snow day!!
Sadly for him though.. by the time he'd had breakfast, the snow around the Summers house wasn't thick enough to play in properly!
So he had to have fun indoors with Nathan instead...
Since Nathan had the day off to keep an eye on Darcy and the new baby, surprisingly Lilly found the strength to get straight back to work that morning!
Darcy was pleased when she came home though...
The next morning, much to Darcy's dismay, the snow had completely melted...
So he could put it off no longer! The school bus came to collect him for his first day...
He didn't have a bad day though! He managed a perfectly respectable B+
(Sim kids have such high aspirations!)Nathan had a really good day back at work though, after his skill building the day before, he managed a promotion!
That evening, Anna got another step closer to her LTW by maxxing out her cleaning skill...
And she wasn't the only one studying hard that evening, as Nathan gave Darcy a hand with his homework...
Here's Nathan off to work the next lovely Spring morning...

Sadly as he was off being a Sim of extreme mystery, he missed Daisy's first Birthday that evening!
Thankfully, the rest of the family were there to help her celebrate...
Anna was so proud bringing her little granddaughter to the cake!
But... just as the candles had been blown out... the family turned round to see a very unwelcome visitor.....
Poor Anna had to lay baby Daisy on the floor... as she was told it was her time!
Horrid grimmie!!
The last party popper had hardly finished popping when the family had to lay Anna to rest out in the garden with Mylo...
RIP...
It was not quite the Happy Birthday poor little Daisy deserved...
But... this legacy must go on... Anna would have wanted it that way!
So here is a better picture of her as a toddler...
Later that evening, as Lilly finally brought herself to finish a slice of Birthday cake when...
BUMP!!!
Happy news?!
No.. sadly... there isn't a new little one on the way, the cake just contained a few more calories than she thought!
Never mind Lilly...
A lot later when Nathan came home from work... he had to find out the bad news about what had happened that evening...
That night, as Lilly couldn't sleep, she spent some time teaching
Daisy how to talk...
So cute her first word was
teddy bear 
The next morning, Nathan helped out by potty training her before he had to be at work...
A little later that morning, there was another Birthday to celebrate
(thankfully without a tragedy!)...
Happy Birthday Ruby!!
Saying that though, it wasn't a wholly good day for Lilly as she wasn't feeling too great...
Nathan meanwhile, just before work, had put his booksmarts to good use...
Hmm.. wonder if that will ever come in handy....
As Lilly wasn't feeling too well, she stayed home from work. And although she couldn't study too hard, she did find time to call in a favour for Ruby...
When she was napping that afternoon, Castor spent some time with Daisy, teaching her how to walk...
Lilly was so tired she slept all afternoon and through into the night!
In the middle of the night though... she discovered why....
BUMP!
And this time, it's not too much cake... She is pregnant!
There was more happy news the next day as Darcy came home with an A+ report card!
He was so happy he ran straight inside to show his mum and dad!
Sadly, they were too busy scoffing hamburgers to pay attention to him!
After all that hard work! Poor Darcy...
A lot later that evening, Lilly got a
lot bigger!
The next day at school, Darcy worked even harder to impress his parents!
Thankfully for him, it worked! And Darcy was big news for the rest of that day...
Until Lilly got up in the middle of the night yelling anyways!
