Darn clones, Mila's two sons were the first time I've ever gotten clones in my game. Elliot and Drew are still cute nonetheless ;D

I just want to say thanks to everyone who is still reading my legacy
I'm off Easter Break and back at uni tomorrow morning... but I'm still going to try and find time to update as I'm really enjoying this legacy and would love to make it to gen 10!

Anyways, on with the next update!

8.5 - Dogs and Cat's...

It's a BOY!
Yep... another one!

But the good news is, this time.. he's not a clone!
Here he is, baby Nathan:

He has Castor's hair and skin again, but Anna's eyes.

When morning came, it was time for Drew's very first day at (Private) school...

But it didn't go too well as he came home with only a C+ report card!

(A random dog walking past was quite interested though! )

Despite his distinctley average report card though, Drew thinks he's had a good week...

Meanwhile inside, things were going well for Cat too as she maxxed out her cooking skill...

A little later that evening, Anna gave Drew some help with his homework...

He better get some good grades now!

There was good news for Castor when he came home from work...

With another promotion! Well done Castor.

Drew was really proud of his dad as he gave him a loving-congratulatory-welcome-home hug!

And later still that evening Cat maxxed out another skill!

This time mechanical.

And a lot later that evening, Mylo had a decision to make at work...

Luckily, he makes the right decision!

But he and the rest of the Summers family weren't too impressed with his bonus

But there's better news when he comes home.. as he manages a promotion too!

Well done Mylo.

The next day, Anna actually decides to look for an opportunity to go back to work... And finds an opening back doing her old job!

Much to her delight, she is accepted. And with Henry working evenings so he can look after baby Nathan, she can't wait to get started back...

Meanwhile at work, Mylo faced another tougher decision...

But sadly he doesn't get it right this time...

Oops!

Anna and Henry decided to spend their day off having a fun game of chess!

Ooo... "the zone" now for Henry!

And that's the only good news from their chess game, as a visitor also pops round...

(At an appropriate time! Phew...)

And here is Henry's plaque displayed on the wall for all to see!

Also at work, Castor had a decision to make that day too...

And it goes well!

When Maxx came home from work early that afternoon...

It was birthday time! He's a little old-man dog now... Awww

When Drew came home from school that day he managed a B+...

An improvement.. but still not quite good enough!

Later that evening, Cat took pity on Maxx thinking he'd worked hard enough during his little doggy life!

The next morning, dopey Henry was too busy fussing him to notice his omelette catching fire!

And poor Castor and Drew got caught up in it too!

Luckily though, it was quickly put out by an embarrassed Henry with help from the friendly neighbourhood fire-fighter...

And there was good news to cheer the family up when Drew came home from school...

Finally getting an A+! Well done Drew!
(And doesn't he look smart in his uniform?!)
Anna was so proud...

And she had more reason to be proud later that evening as it was baby Nathan's first birthday!

The whole family was there to celebrate, even a random that Cat brought home from work!

Anna thinks so, as she immediately gets started on his toddler training, teaching him how to talk...

And then how to walk too!

(She wants to get all his training done quickly before she has to go back to work!)

And later that day, Anna finished off Nathan's toddler training...

Back to work for her tomorrow!

Yep, she's pregnant again!
Guess she'll have to hold off going back to work for a little longer!

She was a little disheartened at first about the timing, but soon excited about the impending new arrival!
And she decided to spend another day off with Nathan, teaching him a nursery rhyme!

And she had cheered up a lot later on as she decided...

Late that evening, an old friend was spotted in the garden...

Aww, Lulu!
Nice to see you.. but please stop digging up the garden!

And even later that evening...

BUMP again!!
Not long to wait now....

And there wasn't long to wait till Nathan's Birthday either.. as it was the next day!

Sadly, Henry was at work, but the rest of the family was there to see him turn into a beautiful child...

A little later, Henry came home to find Cat gone...

Early the next morning, there was a happy event to take away some of the family's pain though...

Anna had the baby!!

Ok it's been a while.. coz I started back at uni again and then I had family to stay and went visiting a friend at uni and blah blah blah...

Phew, I've finally managed to catch up with all the updates I have missed whilst I was absent from Cookie Fest - and all I can say is: Woo hoo!! You're doing so well - gen 8.5, that's some achievement! I too hope you can make it to generation 10 - forget about Uni for a while, hehe.

This generation is so cute (must be that Castor, *growl* indeedy) and I can't wait to see them grow up even more! Picking a heir will be hard!

8.6 - Memories...

Yep... Anna finally gave birth to a female!
In loving memory of her mother, Catalina... sadly lost in the last update
Meet.. baby Caitlin:

She has apparantly got all her good looks from Castor, but that doesn't matter to Anna at all because she has finally got a girl!
Crack out the pink paint!!

Some more good news as it's the weekend in the Summers house!
Drew and Nathan spend their time off school constructively, getting better acquainted over a game of pinball...

And then head out into the garden to do some nature watcing and catch some bugs!
Drew was really lucky and immediately started finding all sorts of creatures...

Whilst poor Nathan wandered round with an empty jar...

It was soon poor Drew though.. as suddenly, out of nowhere came a huge swarm of bees!!

They chased him all around the garden and even out across the road!
Thankfully though, after a few mins they seemed to grow tired and fly off..
So Drew headed back inside for safety.. followed by a disheartened Nathan... even during Drew's mishap he still hadn't managed to capture anything!

Inside, Henry was busy traning Mylo. Teaching him how to shake...

As Castor had weekends off and Henry didn't work until the late evening, Anna had managed to get straight back to work that day. When she came home that afternoon afternoon, Nathan rushed to greet her...

He'd missed her so much! She'd never left him before... awww...

That night, when Henry came home from work...

Oh no!! Not Henry!!!




RIP.....

When Monday morning arrived, it was time for Nathan's first day at (Private) school...

(Wish Henry could have been there to see... he would have been so proud!! *sniff* ...)

His first day didn't go quite as he was hoping though, as he came home and sadly showed the trash can his B+ report card...

Never mind Nathan, little more hard work and am sure you'll soon get that A+!

There were still some celebrations to be had that evening in the Summers house though.. as it was Drew's birthday!

And here he is!

His turn ons are jewellery and custom hair.
And his turn off is cologne.

As the celebrations died down, Anna gave Nathan some help with his homework...

And they finished just in time to wave Drew off as he left for college!

As the school bus pulled up outside the house to drop Nathan off after another day at school the next afternoon, he decided...

And it seemed he had good reason, because as he stepped off the bus...

Yep, he got an A+! Well done Nathan!!

He tried to show Anna.. but I'm not sure he picked a convenient moment!

She did cheer when she got out the bath though!

There was more reason for the Summers family to cheer that evening too.. as it was Caitlin's first birthday!

Yep Lulu decided to stop by and pay Castor a visit late that evening!
Thankfully, being a knowledge sim he wasn't too scared...

So he stayed up a little while longer to keep up Mylo's training, teaching him to "come here".

The next day, whilst playing with her blocks, Caitlin figured out what her hobby was...

She's into Science!
Poor Nathan.. Caitlin's sorted and she's only a toddler.. he still hasn't decided!

Anna had the day off work, so a little later that day she spent some time teaching Caitlin how to talk...

Yup, he first word was "mummy".. Anna was beyond delighted!!

And she was even more delighted when she finished off Caitlin's potty training shortly after..
No more poopy diapers!

A little later that morning.. the family once again had a very unwelcome visitor...

Goodbye Max!!

RIP...

Anna was really upset by Maxx's death... and very worried about what Nathan would think when he came home from school to find him gone...
So she made a quick phone call...

And....

Ruby!


Anna took great delight in welcoming her into the family!

Not to be out-done by the new pet though, Mylo came home with a promotion that afternoon..

A little later that afternoon, Castor spent some time off with his little girl, and taught her how to walk...

And that evening, they spent even more time bonding as he took the time to teach her a nursery rhyme!

Aww...

That night, the family had a lot of familiar visitors causing trouble!

That was Henry playing with Nathan's teddy! Tsk...

And a little later... jumping out at poor Nathan himself!!

The next day, Caitlin decided to work on her creative skills and draw a little picture on her new activity table...

And here is her work of art!

Either she spends a lot of time looking out the window.. or she is trying to tell the family something.. they need a new pet!
If it was the latter though, sadly she'll have to stay wanting as despite it being a lovely drawing, Anna really doesn't fancy having a pet bird around at the moment!

There is good news late that afternoon though, as Castor comes home with a promotion!

Later that evening Anna had a shock when she went to the loo!

The next day was a good day for the family though.. Birthday celebration time!!

Happy Birthday Nathan!!

And you may have noticed there was another cake on the table... Because it's also Happy Birthday Caitlin!!

The next morning it was Caitlin's first day at private school...
Though there was a slight problem... she was late finishing her breakfast and ran outside just in time to see the school bus driving off without her!

Luckily though Anna couldn't bear to see her daughter miss her first day, so she decided to go in late for work, dropping Caitlin off on the way...

Although, apparantly her boss wasn't too impressed!

Caitlin better make sure she's on time tomorrow...

Anna forgave Caitlin a bit when she came home from the school though... She managed to use the school bus and brought home a B+ report card.

She has high aspirations! Little more work and it'll soon be an A+ for her though...

The next morning, Ruby got herself into a spot of bother!

When Caitlin came home from school, she had good news...

pregnant!! )
Anyways, the new puppy is a girl and has since been named Mabel!

The next day at work, Castor had another decision to make...

Slightly more taxing than whether or not to choose pizza this time though!
And sadly, he didn't make the right choice...

Oh no!! Not out of the job....
When he comes home though, it turns out it's not quite that bad... Someone at the hospital must have took pity on him a little, as he got a severe demotion instead...

Caitlin has some good news to cheer Castor up a little though!

Aww... Grandad Henry would have been so proud of his musical Granddaughter.... *sniff*

And Castor had to be pleased for Anna when she came home as she had finally managed a promotion!
It took her a while.. but it's not easy when you have to keep taking time off to bring up 4 children!
And look how happy she is about it...

The next day it was birthday time again...
Mabel's!

Aw she's a mix of both her dad and mum! That's cute...
Here she is wearing her Birthday present... a lovely new pink collar!

But then Anna realised that poor Ruby never got a collar when she grew up! So she bought one for her too...

Or she did... until she decided to repay the favour by trying to destroy one of Caitlin's teddies!

And the next day there was another birthday!
This time, it was Mylo's turn...

Later that day it was Anna's turn to have a tough decision to make at work...

And it goes well..

Well done Anna!! Guess she's the bread-winning sim for the family now..

The next day it was the weekend... and Caitlin decided to take advantage of the fabulous fact it was also thick snow outside, so she headed outside to make a snowman!

Whilst she was busy building, Mylo was having a tough day at work...

But he made the right decision!

Well done Mylo!

His daughter Mabel looked on very proud! Hehe

And more exciting news... here's Caitlin's finished snowman!!

(Ok maybe it wasn't that exciting... But there's more exciting to come... honest!)

More exciting news = Anna has written a book!!

It's called Anna's Appetisers and it's a cook book Hehe.
When the phone rings a few moments later though, the news isn't quite so exciting...

Poor Anna! She was so proud of all the recipes in it too...
She did cheer up a bit when she got a copy of it delivered to her though...

It made quite an interesting read!

(Even if she did read it outdoors... in the middle of winter... when she could have sat on any number of warm comfy sofas indoors... why?! I just don't know...)

Well moving on.. finally there was extra super duper exciting news that evening... Caitlin's birthday!!!

And here she is as a teen!

She is a family sim.
Her turn ons are fitness and glasses.
Her turn off is hats.

Much to Anna's dismay, almost immediately after her birthday, she chose to go off to college to join her brothers...

Sadly no pic here coz the taxi came... she complained there was something in her way and wouldn't
get in it... it drove off and then she just disappeared! Typical sims ruining my last shot of this
chapter! Sigh...)

Anyways... with Caitlin at uni, you know what that means!
Yep, it's VOTING time again!!
