Snooty sims has posted detailed descriptions of The Sims 3 www.snootysims.com/thesims3index.php?id=infoThere are many things that are changing, but surprisingly there is still a decent amount of things that are staying. (such as 7 age groups... joy) The Sims 2 Resource also has some more information on TS3. There are a few points about the specific age groups too. Check it out here: www.thesimsresource.com/article/sims3That's all for now. Enjoy everyone. *The Sims 2 Resource and Snooty Sims repeat each other a little

New Info! Recently there has been talk of a possible delay for the sims 3. Some news feeds have come up with delays for May or possibly June. However, we will not know anything until an official statement is released by EA. Rumors have been posted about the statement being released on the 3rd. So, when that information is released we will let everyone know on Cookie Fest. That's all for now!

I am sorry to have to ask this...but is that from the 'leaked' copy or did you get the game already? As if its the 'leaked' then the pics will have to removed. We dont want to get into trouble for supporting the pirated copy. Sorry to have to ask, but better safe then sorry.

Not a worry Shell. I wouldn't put CF at risk like that. A mate of mine runs the local EB Games, and he 'accidentally' gave me my pre-ordered copy early...
Loving the diagonal placement and seamless neighbourhood. Also triangle floor tiles are a welcome addition.
The new C-a-S is great, with the ability to change face widths and such, although I haven't played with it much yet.
So far it's not giving up any clues about custom content aside from the 'Downloads' folder in My Documents. I'll be playing with it today to at least try to import custom materials for the ingame 'Create-a-Style' customising tool, but I'm not holding my breath. The modders out there have a task and a half ahead of them before we get to see custom content, as the file system looks to be different from TS2
