ok, so i'll put up a preview of my first story here, as long as everyone promises not to steal it!
It's called Crimson Tears. Brit Capelli is a lost grieving widow who must find out the truth of her husband's mysterious death while working undercover. Her investigation takes her to several "questionable" establishments, where she discovers a conspiracy on a much larger scale than the death of her husband...
It's kind of a mystery / thriller. I'm taking the pics for the first episode as we speak, but it takes SO LONG! I dont know if i have the patience for it anymore! GAH! whatever, i've already started it, so i may as well finish it, eh?
Tell me what you think!

I haven't attempted to make a story yet, but I've been reading a bunch lately and it's made me think it would be fun. I thought I had a totally lame idea, but still posted about it here for advise and everyone was really nice and encouraging!

lol i just posted about it, but i'll say it here, too.
ALWAYS HAVE A STORY WRITTEN OUT! see my reasoning on the other post!
it really is a good idea, i think you should go ahead with it. also, while writing out your story, think of how you would take the pics. with this Crimson Tears, i wrote out the entire thing, but now, since i didn't think about the pics, i have to start trying to get really creative again! i've made so much custom content for this stupid story it's not even funny! just be ready to give a lot to it!

I agree with you there funami!
my problem is that Falling For Business and my last story are actually written out as proper novels. Falling for Business is actually 400 pages long on my laptop so when I post it here I have to scale it down massively and extract the parts that really make the story.
It is actually a very detailed story but I cant go into that much detail in the 'sim' updats because it would take so much time and space.

400 PAGES!!!!! ohohoh that's INSANE!!!!!! OMG THATS CRAZY!!!!!!!
WOW HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU?!?!?!?!?! i am forever impressed by your storywriting ability, as if I wasn't before! The longest story I've ever written was 56 pages and I thought that was pretty good... FOUR HUNDRED FLIPPING PAGES! THATS CRAZY!

Yeah it's pretty mad, but the font is size 14 so hey!
Some people read in bed, and I do too sometimes, but most nights I tuck myself up and tap away on my laptop.
I've written five full 'books' now, my favourite is definately one called Sweet Fragrances of Bitterness.
It's a pretty hot story though, full of sex and twisted emotion, but I really surprised myself with it! Hell the twist came out good.....
Ok, I'm gonna pack my trumpet away for now.... LOL

*hehehe*
Actually I have posted a story to a publisher... still waiting on news though.
My mother read it and it made her cry!
It's called PS. I Love You
Basically, this guy finds out he has one year to live and so he prepares 12 notes for his wife to read when he has gone, one for each month.
He explains that she must not read them until the correct month and the the notes don't actually say where to find the next one until she reads the first one.
These notes basically encourage her to carry on with her life, but at the end of each note, he writes PS. I love you......
I hope it get's published!
*Beck packs away her trumpet again....*

They'd be crazy not to publish it! If it does, we'll either have to send our books to you to be signed or just make the trip to the UK! And forget the "I kinda know her" I'd be like "I know her..... I know this famous author!"

I have an insane idea, a story that has been floating around for quite a while now.
There's this planet, lanet Var, where all the people live in harmony with eachother, but not exactly with the rest of the universe. The are considered cruel and evil among most of the other races that have encountered them. Basically they are a bunch of racist bastards that think they can claim the entire galaxy and it's resources for theirselves, because they are better somehow. These people have a lifespan of allmost 10.000 Earth years.
This planet is always ruled by an empress by tradition, meaning every ruler on the planet has been female since the dawn of time. Every 3000 years, the empress shares her ancient knowledge and magic with her predesessor (usually her first daughter) by a special ritual, and then dies, leaving the daughter in charge. This is always a very big deal on the planet, when the next Empress is in charge, and sets off to find herself a emperor among her people. It means they have huge parties and festivities, and alot of Varian prisoners get amnesty.
Now Rouma Darkstar is the second daughter of the Empress. She finds out something disturbing of the Ritual of Passing Knowledge.... it does not pass knowlegde at all.... it casts the soul occupying the young body away, and replaces it with that of the Empress... it's a way for the ancient Empress to live in all eternity!
Rouma wants to save her sister of this cruel fate that her mother, who is allso their grandmother and great grandmother and etc. etc., wants to bestow upon her. Her sister passes it of as jelousy and will not listen.
Then the planet is under attack and her sister is killed. Rouma is now next in line, but she manages to escape the planet.
Just before the Empress sets off to find her daughter, the planet comes under heavy attack again, and the Varian army is beaten by the Federation of Planets (who fight against Varian occupation). The planet is destroyed and the galaxy is freed from a horrible plague.
The empress, who got herself in safety long ago, finds out that her second daughter is very alive, and out there. Seeing as Rouma is the only compatible 'vessle', she will stop at nothing to get her hands on her...
