The Summers Legacy - SAD NEWS

So here it is, drum roll please! The moment you've all been waiting for...
I have started my legacy!

This is the story of a sim.. a sim named Aiden. I shall call it ze Summers Legacy!

So if we're all sitting comfortably, I shall begin...

Chapter 1 - Let's Meet Aiden
(Just a little introduction since I was trying out my new mouse tonight... would add more but it's getting late! Maybe some more tomorrow if i get some work done first.)

So lets meet our "founder"... Ladies and Gentlemen, this is Aiden:

Mmmm yes! Work it honey! [image]
His vital stats:
Sloppy/neat: 6
Shy/outgoing: 3
Lazy/active: 6
Serious/playful: 4
Grouchy/nice: 6

He's looking for that lovely lady to spend his life with. Mainly he wants one that wears smexy underwear and make up. What he doesn't want to see is a stinky lady. (I mean lets be honest now.. who does?!)

He has just moved into this lovely little town coincidently named LegacyVille... Here is his lovely modest little home:

Got it on the cheap coz it needs some work doing but Aiden's hoping he'll soon have it sorted.

Feeling a bit lonely in his new town, Aiden rushes out to greet the paper boy when he arrives. For bringing him a shiney new newspaper full of simly gossip, Aiden gives the paper boy a crisp 1 simoleon note (oh yes he's verrry generous).
This pleases the paper boy greatly, and as Aiden takes his paper into the house, the paper boy has a lovely little daydream about him...

Anyways, looking for a job... Aiden wants to aim high in life and would love to become mayor some day.

To his disappointment however, there's noo jobs in politics right now. Deciding he can't wait to find work though, Aiden takes the next most interesting job on offer right now. Working in the slacker career. Way to go Aide! ::)

Shortly after this midly successful jobhunt, the doorbell rings. And who would be there but a strange gypsy lady!
Being the friendly guy he is, Aiden greets her.

She soon starts talking about mystical forces and wanting copious amounts of simoleons though, so Aiden soon shoos her away.

And so Aiden is hungry.. but cannot cook to save his life!
He parks himself back in his fugly maxis chair for some study time.

Seems to be quite enjoying it when...

Bing bong! There goes that doorbell again.
And what a friendly neighbourhood this is, its a welcome wagon!
Consisting of Benji Long, Mariss Bend-it and Brani Lefrenchlady! Woo, how exciting... :-/

Being the friendly popularity sim Aiden is, he greets them all. Immediately, Benji attempts to break the ice and starts telling an apparantly v interesting joke about a beach ball..

Which actually seems to go down pretty well with Aiden!

Hey, maybe he's just trying to be friendly....
Which is more than can be said for Marissa Bitch-it. After much finger poking at le french-ness whilst Aiden is trying to watch tv he decides to boot them all out.
And so he spends the evening in watching tv on his own (ahh!).

I'm gonna have mine up soon and it's gonna be the Quinn Legacy with the Summers Legacy and the... Dooms Legacy! :D .... Maybe, lol.....

Anyways, I hope shmexy Aiden finds a gal!

Holy crap! There are a lot of friggin legacies now! Man, one after the other. Well, we can all thanls Arenthea for bringing up the trend again at cf! :D I'm looking foward to the next update, Pina. I'm very excited! Now, I only need to update my legacy once and a while. :P

RIGHT. I have finished school and now I have time to read your legacy, Katie! I need some free time before I start the bore of doing Photography coursework which really gets on my... uhh, womanly parts...

I love Aiden already! I wonder what his and Leon's babies would look like? Ultra hot! Hehe. He's got nice even stats, so it'll be interesting to see what his kiddie-winks have personality wise!

Here is... updaaate!

Chapter 2 - Aiden settles in

Today is Aiden's first day at work in his challenging slacker career. The car-pool arrives for him at 4am! He has to be at work at 5 just to caddy someone's golf game.

Getting up at this time makes Aiden less than impressed... perhaps this slacker career aint quite what he was hoping for after all!
And so, he works extra hard and to his surprise, gets offered a promotion on his first day!
This makes him a very happy sim:

Until he realises that his early mornings have been replaced by all nighters working as a gas attendant.
He decides he desperately needs to get a career sorted and goes on another job hunt. To his delight there is an opening in the politics career track. He applies and gets the job, wooo! One step closer to being mayor ey Aide?!

To celebrate he decides to head downtown to a local bar for a few beers and a game of cards. Its also an opportunity to check out the local talent, yeah baby!
Though on arrival.. it would appear talent is very lacking.
Aiden settles himself down at a card table with yet another Brandi OddlastName. Desperate for some cash to do up his pad, he raises the stakes and resorts to shameless flirting to distract Brandi from her game...

"I really like kisses you know...." Tsk Aiden!
He soon gets bored however, and as the night draws in he decides to take his winnings onto a club.

After an unsuccessful attempt to blag his way into the VIP area Aiden settles for showing off his moves on the dance floor.

Ohh yehh, work it Aidy!
This has got to attract a hot and smexy sim to share his genes with right?!
Wrong....
Aiden has apparantly picked a gay club.. there is not a female in sight!

Fed up and getting tired Aiden decides to bail... though on the way home he has a change of heart going past the newest club in town and decides to pop in for one more drink.
It's quieter than he was hoping.. and he's just heading for the door when....

Hellooo Phoebe!

Aiden wanders over immediately and strikes up a conversation...

And what does he say? He cracks out one of his famous chat up lines of course.

"I can see into the future you know... you and me, we're meant to be together!" Way to go Aiden... scare her off straight away! ::)
Surprisingly though, she doesn't seem to mind!
Aiden even manages to persuade her she needs to dance.

Mmmm yeh!

After strutting his funky stuff with Phoebe for a good couple of hours though, Aiden is exhausted.

Time for home....

Once home, Aiden dreams of Phoebe....

Awww!

Will Aiden manage to pluck up the courage to tell Phoebe how he feels and ask her for a date?

yeah....more stories to read....i'm enjoying it colada.....i love how you play with the names of those townies...i swear....they are so hard to remember...when i use to write stories, i had to write down their stupid names so that i could get it correct.....keep up the wonderful writing...

I like all these legacies and I'm also starting to get the legacy itch. I may start one up when things settle down around here (birthdays and looking for a job). I just hope I'll be able to keep up with writing it [image] .
